Berg Research was founded by Jo N. Berg in Singapore in March 2002. Our original name was Berg Business Research, and it was changed to Berg Research in August 2009.
Jo holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree and a MBA degree from St. Cloud State University, USA, as well as a Ph.D. in Business Administration degree from University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
Prior to founding Berg Research, Jo gained international work experience from financial services, aluminium, offshore oil and gas, shipping, and cement.
Jo is a Net Promoter Certified Associate, and he is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
Berg Research has since 2002 carried out different types of research projects including customer surveys, market research, investment decision support, and lead development.
We are now focusing on customer surveys, and our mission is to help companies to obtain better feedback from their own customers.
We take pride in our work and deliver on our promises.
